Art

Art has always been an outlet for my self expression and a method of self-care. Recently, however, I have begun to test the waters in using art to aid the communication of my scientific work by creating my own scientific figures used in my manuscripts, poster presentations, and talks. As a visual learner, I have begun to appreciate the importance of figures, and have also began to use incorporate art into my studying.
